Accessibility & Support

We want everyone to enjoy Hayrock. If you or a member of your party needs adjustments, accessible camping/parking, or a companion concession, we’ll make it straightforward.


How to request assistance

  1. Fastest (have a Nimbus Access Card):
    Submit our short form and we’ll validate your card for this event:

  2. No card? Free event-specific assessment (coming soon):
    We’ll provide a simple, event-only Nimbus assessment at no cost. This will appear here shortly.

After you apply: We’ll email you a confirmation and (if applicable) a companion voucher code. Bring your Nimbus card (or confirmation email) on the day.


What we can provide

  • Accessible camping: Step-free access to the first campsite area reserved for disabled guests.
  • Accessible parking: Reserved bays close to the entrance (show Nimbus card/confirmation and blue badge to parking staff).
  • Companion concession: A companion (carer/PA) discount or voucher once verified for this event.
  • Entrance support: Priority entry at the Disabled Campsite gate on arrival.
  • On-site help: Our team can assist with wayfinding and practical support within reasonable adjustments.

Note: Adjustments are tailored to the event layout and your needs. Some services may be limited by safety or site constraints, but we’ll always do our best.


Arriving on the day

  • Campsite: Go to the Disabled Campsite entrance and show Aaron’s/Nimbus card or your confirmation email.
  • Parking: Show your card/confirmation and blue badge to stewards to be guided to a reserved disabled bay.
  • Proof: Nimbus Access Card (physical or digital) and a matching photo ID if requested.

Tickets & vouchers

If you receive a companion/PA voucher, apply it during checkout for the relevant ticket. Please add any parking ticket to the same order.

Privacy

We only collect the minimum information needed to verify eligibility (e.g., Nimbus card details) and deliver your adjustments. Sensitive details are handled securely and only shared with staff who need them to support you.
