Will there be campervan/caravan pitches available?
We are unable to accept campervans or caravans on site.
What are the event dates and daily opening times?
Dates are set for the 24th - 26th July 2026. Gate times and curfew will be announced once transport and operations are locked.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, at the racecourse. Pre-booking will be required to guarantee a space. Accessible bays for Blue Badge holders will be near the entrance. No sleeping in vehicles overnight.
Will there be coach travel packages?
We’re exploring national coach routes with a partner. If confirmed, routes and prices will be posted here.
Are there nearby hotels?
Yes — several within a short drive of Haydock Park. We’ll publish a shortlist in the near future and any partner rates if available.
Is regular camping available?
Yes.
Can I leave and re-enter during the day?
Planned: same-day re-entry with wristband, subject to security and capacity controls. To be confirmed.
What’s the age policy?
Under-16s must attend with a responsible adult (18+). Under-5 tickets are free but must be added to the order for capacity management. ID may be required.
Do I need ID?
Bring photo ID for age checks or name queries (passport, driving licence, or PASS card).
How do tickets work?
QR e-tickets are issued immediately and can be seen in your account under "My tickets". Please have them ready on your phone (brightness up) or bring a printed copy. Each ticket admits one person once scanned.
Can I purchase a day ticket?
We aim to offer day tickets. These will be available after our Early Bird Period.
What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable except in case of cancellation or material date change, per our terms. Rescheduled tickets remain valid.
What accessibility provisions are there?
Step-free access to key areas; accessible viewing area subject to demand.

Are there bag searches?
Yes. To speed up entry, please bring small bags only and arrive early.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food/drink will not be permitted outside the campsite, except sealed water (up to 500 ml) and essential medical/dietary items. Free water refill points available.
Will there be bars and food vendors?
Yes. Challenge 25 will operate at bars — bring valid ID.
Do vendors take cash?
Most vendors accept card/contactless. The venue is a cashless venue.
Is there free water?
Yes — refill points on site. Bring an empty reusable bottle (no glass; large metal flasks may be restricted).
Can I bring camping chairs or umbrellas?
Small folding chairs may be allowed in designated areas and must not block views/exits. Large parasols/golf umbrellas aren’t allowed.
What items are prohibited?
No glass, BBQs/fires, gas powered camping stoves, gas canisters, drones, gazebos, illegal substances, weapons, or pro photo/video gear without accreditation. Security may refuse any unsafe item.
What’s the smoking/vaping policy?
Permitted outdoors away from stage fronts/enclosed buildings. Use bins and be considerate.
What if it rains?
Show runs in most weather. Dress for conditions and wear suitable footwear. Severe weather may trigger safety pauses or schedule tweaks.
When are set times released?
The running order will be published in the run-up to the event.
Will there be merch?
Yes — official merchandise on site while stocks last.
Can I bring a camera?
Phones and small compacts are fine. No detachable-lens cameras or recording rigs without prior accreditation.
Can I bring my dog?
No pets. Assistance dogs are welcome with documentation — please email us in advance.
I lost something at the event — what do I do?
Visit the Info Point during show hours. After the event, email admin@hayrock.uk with a description and your contact details.
Can I volunteer or work at the festival?
We’ll post roles if available. Check this page and our socials for application links.
