Hayrock Tribute Festival aims to support disabled and accessible attendees wherever reasonably possible.

• Accessible camping is planned close to facilities and arena access.
• Accessible parking will be signed and stewarded near the pedestrian route to the arena where available.
• Accessible toilets and accessible shower provision are planned as part of the site facilities.
• Accessible viewing arrangements or a viewing area may be provided subject to final site layout and demand.
• Personal assistant or companion support is managed through the event accessibility process and may require supporting evidence such as Nimbus Access Card verification or other accepted documentation.

Guests with access requirements should contact the event team in advance so that arrangements can be reviewed before arrival. On arrival, please speak to stewards, security or the welfare team if assistance is required.
