Admission & Entry

All attendees must hold a valid ticket for the correct ticket type and date. Tickets may be checked on arrival and exchanged for the correct wristband or accreditation.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site.
• Lost, damaged or removed wristbands may not be replaced unless the event team is satisfied that the request is genuine.
• Entry and re-entry may be refused where a ticket, wristband or identity check cannot be verified.
• Security checks and searches may be carried out as a condition of entry.
• Anyone refusing a required search may be refused entry.
• Anyone breaching site rules may be removed from the event without refund.

Entry arrangements may be adjusted on the day to manage queues, safety, welfare, crowd flow or operational requirements.
