Alcohol & Venue Control
Arena alcohol rules, campsite alcohol limits, Challenge 25 and venue conditions.
Alcohol rules are in place to comply with licensing requirements, venue conditions and safety arrangements.
- No alcohol may be brought into the arena from outside.
- Alcohol purchased in licensed areas must remain within the permitted areas unless venue policy allows otherwise.
- Alcohol brought onto site must remain within the campsite and must be for reasonable personal consumption only.
- Alcohol must not be brought for resale, distribution or organised group supply.
- Challenge 25 will operate at all alcohol service points.
- Anyone who is drunk, disorderly or causing concern may be refused service, refused entry or removed from the site.
SAttendees may bring alcohol for personal consumption within the campsite only, subject to the following limits per adult: up to 24 cans of beer, lager or cider, maximum 568ml per can; or up to 1 litre of wine or spirits in non-glass containers; or a mixed quantity not exceeding 68 units of alcohol per person in total. Where a mixed quantity is brought, the total alcohol units will be used as the deciding limit. Alcohol above the permitted allowance may be refused entry or surrendered for disposal. Glass is not permitted on site. Where alcohol is not reasonably available in non-glass containers, such as some spirits, it may be decanted into plastic bottles, provided the total quantity remains within the permitted personal allowance.
