Lost Children & Safeguarding

If a child is lost, found or separated from their responsible adult, please speak to the nearest steward, security officer or event staff member immediately.

• Lost child and enquiry points will be signposted where available.
• Staff will help reunite children with their responsible adult using the event safeguarding procedure.
• Identity checks may be carried out before a child is released to an adult.
• If a child appears reluctant or there is any safeguarding concern, the event team may involve police, safeguarding leads or other appropriate authorities.

Safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to a steward, security officer, welfare team member or event control.
