Weather & Event Updates

Outdoor events can be affected by weather and other operational conditions.

• The event may pause, delay, amend, move or cancel parts of the programme where required for safety.
• Severe wind, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rain or site conditions may affect structures, access routes, campsite areas, rides, facilities or performances.
• Public messages may be issued by PA, stewards, official website updates, email or social channels.
• Attendees should follow staff instructions during any safety announcement or site update.
